I know that I have not written in a while.  Did you miss me and all my foodie thoughts?

I have been eating and cooking but now I am back to the blogging world. I have been to too many restaurants to write about over the last few months but I need to tell you about where I ate dinner last night.  MAX BRENNERS.  And yes, I ate chocolate. Surprised?

When we walked, in there was chocolate everywhere. Willy Wonka would love it. Chocolate syringes, chocolate french fries, chocolate cookies and more. We sat down and we're so excited to order. During summer, they have special drinks.   One was a Choctail. I had to order it. It had delicious mint chocolate chip ice cream, chocolate syrup and ice cream on top. How could you say no to that?  When it was time to order my entree, I went for a healthy option:  arugula, chickpea, quinoa, avocado  salad with a balsamic vinaigrette. It was very good. My family got a tomato, mozzarella, basil panini  that came with amazing French fries that were seasoned with cocoa powder, as I well as a plain pizza.  

Dessert was my favorite. I ordered a vanilla ice cream bar to dip in chocolate sauce, crushed up Oreos and whipped cream. That is what I call delicious. In the end, our meal was great but I would definitely go back for dessert but if you want the whole chocolate meal then go for dinner too. Enjoy!!
